STRUCTURE:
The building is designed as an RCC frame structure, cast-in-situ based on the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)-1993, American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Building Code requirements for Reinforced Concrete (ACI 2002/IBC-2000) and Uniform Building Code (UBC) – 97. Materials being used are as under: 60 grade deformed steel (GPH/KSRM/AKS/ANWAR/RAHIM). Portland cement (Seven Rings/King/Crown/Premier). Saline-free first-class bricks. High-quality boulder-crash stone chips for columns, beams, and roof.

WALLS:
Smooth plastered 5-inch thick interior and exterior walls with first-class bricks.

FLOOR FINISH:
Distinctive glazed homogeneous floor tiles (RAK/ equivalent) of size 24″ x 24″.

WINDOWS:
Spacious Thai Aluminum sliding windows with 5 mm tinted glass, safety grills, and mosquito-proof net.

DOORS:
Main Door: Frame and shutter made of Chittagong teak. Internal Door: Door frame made of Mahogany/Shill Koroi and shutter of the varnished flush door of Partex/equivalent. External Door: Door frame made of Mahogany/Shill Koroi and shutter of solid gamer timber. Bathroom Door: Door frame made of Mahogany/Shill Koroi and shutter made of UPVC RFL/equivalent.

BATHROOMS:
Standard glazed tiles (RAK or equivalent) of 12″ x 12″ in floors. Matching wall tiles (RAK or equivalent) of 12″x 24″ in walls. Standard sanitary wares (RAK/equivalent) in all bathrooms. Provision for concealed hot water lines in the Master and Child bathroom.

KITCHEN:
Standard quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (RAK/ equivalent) at kitchen wall up to full height. Double burner gas outlet over tiled concrete platform to support burners and other kitchen works. Good quality homogeneous floor tiles (RAK or equivalent) of 16″x 16″ size. Provision for concealed hot water line at kitchen sink. One high polish countertop stainless steel sink with mixer.

PAINT & POLISHING:
Plastic paint in all internal walls and on the ceiling (Berger or Aqua or Elite or equivalent) along with arrangement for waterproofing. The exterior wall will be painted with weather coat paint (Berger or Aqua or Elite or equivalent). French polish in all doorframes & shutters. Synthetic enamel paint on grills, verandah railing, and metallic surfaces.

LIFT:
One (Ten) passenger capacity International standard lift (Korean).

GENERATOR:
One good quality standby emergency generator of 50 KVA (European).

ELECTRICAL & COMMUNICATION:
Best-quality electrical switches (MK brand), circuit breakers, plug points, and other fittings will be used. Standard quality concealed electrical wiring (BRB/Paradise/equivalent). Cable TV and telephone connection in the master bedroom and living space. Intercom connection with all apartments (Panasonic brand). Provision of AC in three rooms. Geyser point in Master and child bathroom. Electrical distribution box with circuit breaker and independent meter in each apartment.
