Established in 2011, Green Peak Holdings Ltd. (GPHL) is a new generation Real Estate and Construction Company of Bangladesh. In the midst of hundreds of developer companies, GPHL is striving hard to attain a position of excellence in the fields of design, quality of construction and customer-care, as has been evident in the last 10 years of its operation. Since its inception, the company had completed a good number of real estate projects in the upscale areas of Dhaka City and a few are in progress. For last 5 years the company also has been engaged in a good number of construction projects on contract, both in public and private sectors. GPHL has a conscious focus on applying modern technology in the field of construction with a view to providing our clients best value of their money.
Mrs. Saleha Tasmin is the Chairman of Green Peak Holdings Limited and a Director of Gencon International Limited. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in English Literature from Chittagong University, followed by Masters from the same institution.

Green Peak Holdings Ltd. (GPHL) has just completed 09 (Nine) years of its business operation. In spite of current stagnation in the real estate and construction sector, this young company has made significant stride, thanks to whole-hearted support of our clients, business partners and well-wishers. In just nine years we have been able to hand-over a good number of real estate projects and a few projects are ongoing. At the same time, we completed fourteen construction projects, both in public and private sector, well within time, to the full satisfaction of our clients. Since 2014, we have been working in interior decoration and furniture supply business and already made favorable impression in this new line of business. I am confident that we shall also be able to do well in our latest venture i.e. construction management and planning services. GPHL always tries to uphold the spirit of honesty, quality and customer-care, which are reflected in all the business operations. We are quite alive to the emerging needs of our clients and therefore give due priority to continuous innovation in all the fields of our business operation. Md. Shamsul Islam retired as a Lieutenant Colonel of Bangladesh Army in 2009. He is an honor graduate of US Army Field Artillery School, Oklahoma and is a graduate from Defense Services Command and Staff College, Bangladesh. He later went on to attend his second staff course in Defense Services Staff College at Wellington, Tamil Nadu, India, graduating with distinction. Colonel Shams did his masters from National University, Bangladesh and Madras University, India. He also obtained his MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of Dhaka University with 38 regular MBA Batch. During his long checkered career, Shams held important command and staff assignments, notable amongst which were Commanding Officer of two field artillery regiments, Platoon commander in Bangladesh Military Academy, Brigade Major of a Composite Brigade and Directing Staff of Defense Services Command and Staff College. On his retirement from the Army, Colonel Shams joined Meena Bazar, the largest superstore chain in Bangladesh, as Head of Supply Chain, a position he held for one year till he joined Real Estate and Housing
Association of Bangladesh as its Chief Operating Officer. After three years of corporate service, Colonel Shams started his career as a budding entrepreneur and established three upstart business ventures namely, Green Peak Resort, Green Peak Holdings Limited and Integrated Business Initiative Ltd. as Managing Director. He is also a former Secretary General of Retired Armed Forces Officers’ Welfare Association (RAOWA). Colonel Shams traveled widely across the continents of Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. His particular passion is golfing and pursues the game with keenness.
