The MD of Green Peak Holdings Ltd, Lt Col Md. Shamsul Islam is a friend of mine. Apart from my friendship with him, we were also impressed with the credibility of his company since it earned reputation by developing good projects at Mirpur DOHS. Our project got delayed initially for getting permit, the property being located in a KPI zone and later due to Covid pandemic.
